Is blogging necessary for me ???

Is blogging is necessary for me?
Ya this is the question which is going on in my mind from the last 3 months. Is it really necessary to for me to blog continuously even I am not having any good facts to say “yes it is necessary” but I am having a number of facts to say “its not necessary” like
1. I personally feel I am not a very good blogger.
2. I am having a plenty of work to do. Even that’s TRUE that from last 5 to 6 months I was too busy with my work that I haven’t get time to think about my self.
3. I don’t think its going to affect my career. As currently I am in a phase of my career which needs more commitment towards my goal.

Because of all these factors I stop blogging. And due to lack of time I had stopped reading the blogs which I use to read regularly. But last Monday I have attend a meeting a normal meeting in which we make the plan for our week. During my last Monday meeting I go through a lecture and I realize that we should always keep some time for our self to think about our self to rediscover our self. It will help us to judge our potential. Its always better that we should judge our potential first before doing any task. So finally I decided that I have to continue my blogging because of bellow mention factors.

1. Its help me to decide what I like and what I don’t like. It gives me time to think about myself.
2. It gives me a platform to express my views. And help me to keep in touch with the changing world.
3. and above all these it gives a identity beyond my designation and help me to find where I am and where I wants to go.

True developer is one who can understand the others Code

One of the typical task for a developer is to understand the code written by some other developer. Up to now I have mostly worked on fresh development and I have got a chance to work on fresh development. I design my module and then implement those modules. Mostly times I takes the help from google (my fav. Website) and read the code written by others and then with the help of that I implement my modules.

This time I get a chance to make some changes in the code written by some other developer. At the starting I was thinking that it’s an easy task but when I start reading the code I feel that other experienced people says right. It’s easy to write your own code as compare to understand the code written by other. Ultimately I have completed my task with in the time. And al last I have realize that true developer is one who can understand the others code. There are some basic rule one has to follow before writing the code. We all know these rules very well but mostly time we neglect them. I am writing some basic rules one has to keep in mind before start coding.

1. First all we must study about the programming standard of the language which we are going to use.
2. Give a more appropriate name to the class and specially to the function as mostly time we are not having a constraint on the length of function name.
3. Give a more appropriate name to variable. Create the variable whenever we have need. Creating too much variable without proper need is not a good practice.
4. Use the same programming standard through out the program.
5. At last always use the proper comments it save hours of time when someone or even your self read the code after sometime.

At last I wants to say try to become true developer. You must be capable enough to read and understand the code written by other developer.

I am back again...

Hello friends. How are you. Ok friends after a long time I am back again. The past few months were too much hectic for me. I have write lots of code and done lots of module designing work (of course yaar that is the thing that I like most). Life has change a lot and finally I have decided a career path for me which I will explain you guys later. One thing that I was learn from last few months is that “life is a continues process of learning” one has to learn from his success and failure even its better for us if we start learning from others success and failure.

Keep Patience for Result

From the past one months i am really thinking about this word “Keep Patience” and realize the power of Keep Patience. I am thinking to post something about it but honestly speaking i was too busy during my last 20 days that can’t get any time. I have done lots of work and many more I have to do and finally realize that work is never gona end. When I finish this work I will get some other work and that’s the life. So I have decided to post something today. Here by "Keep Patience" I don’t mean that just seat ideal and wait for the result. I mean by "Keep Patience" that first of all realize your goal and then choose a way to do it and then put your best efforts to achieve your goal and then "Keep Patience" for result definitely something good will happen with you.

One of the biggest problem with me that i have realized now is the lack of “Keep Patience” in my life. I keep changing my way to achieve goal frequently. I am a good analyzer because i analyze my goal very sharply. I am a honest person and always put my best efforts to achieve my goal. But the only bad thing with me is that I want the result as soon as possible that’s why keep changing my way to achieve result and as we all know changing the way mean starting from scrape. And after some time I came to know that previously I was too close to my goal. I face these kind of situations many times and honestly speaking its hurt me a lot when I came to know that previously I was too close to my goal. So friends now I have decided that I will try to implement "Keep Patience" in my life. I also advice you to think about it. I am not saying that you must stick to the way, which you are following but try to explorer it fully before changing your way.

My New Year resolution

Oh!!! My god New Year has come and i haven’t think about my New Year resolution. So friends you can understand how much busy i am. Truly speaking after completion my B.Tech i am thinking only about one thing that is i have to do something remarkable. And honestly speaking even i don’t know what is that remarkable but i always feel that i am running out of time and time is slipping from my hand. I start thinking why i am feeling like that after all i am a happy person getting good salary and having all thing that are needed for happy living but i cant get any answer. My friends ask me why you always remains in hurry how can i tell them "why" even i don’t know the answer. I strongly feel that i need a good plan to give a shape to my potential and to change my dreams into reality. So this year i have decided to make 3 resolutions.

· Try to be a polite and soft-spoken person because sometime i really feel i need it.
· Study ATL-COM and trying to be a expert of ATL-COM up to the end of 2006.
· Start doing some morning exercise.

I will put my best efforts to start all these and hope i will succeed because i know its not an easy task to bind myself into rules.

Now the time has come to gearup our self for the New Year celibration and gives a warm welcome to year 2006. Year 2005 is really a lucky year for me I have learn a lot during this year and most the important thing which is gifted me by Year 2005 is the attitude and courage to face the problem. I don’t now what is hidden for me in 2006 but I wish it would be good and will provide me some more opportunity to become more successful in every field of life. Of course yaar!!! You must be optimistic. Ok friends wish you all a Happy New Year 2005. I wish this year would bring prosperity not only for me but also for the whole world.
