Enjoying R&D Work

I dont know why i always chosen for the R&D work. I also feel this when i was working in my previous company and here also we got a new project and again i am the person who is responcible to for the module in which i have to lots of R&D work. Mostly work is new infect i was not getting any good clue from the internet But ultimately i have done my work very well. Now i am really start feeling that "Yeah i can do the R&D work" .One thing i want to say that "Before comming to industry i was always afraid to do R&D work and always want to do work on a set pattern" But now i realy start enjoying this kind of work and for this i realy wants to give thanx to my previous company they have really shown a confidence in me and encourage me to do something innovative. I wish and hope i will continue my work.

"A Calculated amount of risk provides you the opportunity"

This is the saying which i have listen from my Grandfather...He always told me "Naresh never get affried to take calculated amount of risk...because a person who never take a chance never succeed" And i realize this when i was working in my previous company and start taking a calculated amount of risk. I again wants to mention that there is a lots of difference between "Calculated risk and Risk" so the most important task is find the option which provide the Calculated risk not the Risk.
