My views about Working Enviroment

ok friends i think its too early for me to post some thing on this topic becouse upto now i am having just only year of working experience but i realy want to share some thing on this topic on the basic of my experienc and my views. The thing that i have observed and feel is that " The performance of any employee is mostely depend upon the working enviroment in which he or she is working ". If the working enviroment is good the employee will definately give the good performance. Its the working enviroment which will create a Enthusiasm and the dedication towards work. Working enviroment should be friendly and there is a good understanding between you and the other team member. Always try to work in team and put your collaborative effort to solve the problem this will definately help us to solve the problem effectively and efficiently. Always rember one thing that no one is good in all things thats why keep ready to take help from others and to help others. Ok friends these are my views and feeling for a good working enviroment. Hope i will get some suggestion from you and Together we can try to make our working enviroment a "Good Working enviroment".
